Kaleidoscope Effect 
1. Open a new image with my settings or use your own:
2. Open the tube you want to use, and "Shift+D" to make a
copy of your tube, you can close the original now for after use. With the copy
of your tube activated go to "Edit/Copy".
Then, active your white image and "Edit/Past As A New Layer".
You can resize it if needed.
3. With your "Selection" tool, set your "Tool Options"
like this:
4. Select a circle around your tube:
5. Go to "Effects/Reflections Effects/Kaleidoscope" and use
these settings, or your own:
6. Your circle is still selected, go to "Effects/3D Effects/Drop
Shadow" and use these settings:
7. Now you can deselect: "Selections/Select None".
8. In your "Layer Palette" set the opacity of this layer to
about "60":
9. Repeat step 2. Place your tube where you want it.
Then repeat step 6.
10. Text time. Choose your colors for foreground and background, then
with the Text tool write your name with antialias and floating checked.
11. With ants still marching around your text go to "Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel"and
use these settings or your own:
11. Again repeat step 6.
12. Well done! ;o)
For finish go to "Layers/Merge/Merge All" and then crop if
needed.
Save as *JPG ou *GIF.
