Rain Effect![]()
1 - Choose an image, itīs have to be an JPG graphic. Open your image in PSP and "Shift+D" 3 times. Close your original image, and now you have 3 images.
2 - Chance your foreground color to #DAD8D8.
3. With "Airbrush" tool activated, set the "Tool Options" setting like mine:

4 - Active your first image and go to "Layers/New Raster Layer" , then apply the Airbrush a few times.
5 - Go to "Effects/Blur/Motion Blur" e use these settings: Direction: 180 e Intensit: 4
6 - Merge your layers, go to "Layers/Merge/Merge All" and save as imagem01.psp.
7 - In your second image repeat the steps 2, 3 and 4. Save as "imagem02.psp".
8 - In your third image repeat the steps 2, 3 and 4. Save as "imagem03.psp".
9 - Now open your Animation Shop and open your 3 images.
10. Right click on your second image, and "copy". Go to your first image and right click again, but "Past after current frame". Do the same with your third image. Now you have your 3 images togheter.
11. Now go to "Edit/Select All".
12. "Animation/Frame Properties" and change the display time to 30.
13. "Animation/Animation Properties" and in "Looping" check "Repeat the Animation Indefinitely".
14. Now go to "File/Save as" and save your animation!
