1. Open a new image:
2. Choose a dark color for your foreground and a
gradiend for your background:
3. Active your "Preset Shapes" tool e
and set your "Tool Options" like mine, you can choose another
shape if you want:
4. In your white image open your shape:
5. In your "Layer Palette" right click
in your shape layer that must be "LAYER 1" and then click "Convert to Raster Layer":
6. Now "Layers/New Raster Layer".
7. With your "Magic Wand" tool click in
the center of your shape:
8. Go to "Selections/Modify/Expand" and
put 3 in the Number of pixels:
9. Highlight in your layer palette the last layer
you have addicted, that must be LAYER 2.
10. Go to "Effects/Plug-in Filtes/MuRaīs Meister/Cloud"
and use these settings:
11. Now go to your layer "Layer Palette"
and put Layer 2 under Layer 1:
12. Go to "Selections/Select None".
13. Active your Layer 1, thatīs your shape,
in your Layer
Palette.
14. With your "Magic Wand" select all
part that have the gradiend color. Hold your Shift key in your keyboard
while you click with your magic wand til everything is selected:
15. Repeat step 8, but now use 1.
16. Go to "Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel"
and use these settings:
17. Time to use your tube. Open it, then "Edit/Copy".
You can close the tube now.
With your image with the shape activated go to
"Edit/Past as a new layer".
Put your tube where you want it and resize if
needed.
18. Go to "Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow"
and use these settings:
19. You can add some Accents like mine:
20. For your text you can use the same foreground
and gradient that you used in your shape. After write your text, apply
the same srop shadow you used in your tube.
21. Go to "Layers/Merge/Merge
All". And "Crop" if needed!
Save as *JPG or *GIF.
